To reduce environmental impacts, Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport has its own onsite herb garden that provides delicious, fresh ingredients for kitchens from April through to November. In addition, the hotel promotes the use of certified and local products to support local businesses. 75% of certified products including coffee, grains, yogurt and cheese are delivered from within a 50km radius of the hotel.
