On site at the resorts, the teams are also dedicated to utilizing fresh, organic, garden-cultivated ingredients sourced from their extensive Chef's Garden located within their properties.
In addition, the Culinary “Heartists” team are making a difference in the fight against food waste. The kitchens are now equipped with the cutting-edge Orbisk solution, an integrated measurement system that weighs and analyzes all steps from food preparation to consumption and waste disposal. This system champions practical changes that lead to reducing surplus.
