With experience in project management and sales, she has also held leadership roles at Unilever. Outside of work, Lola enjoys spending time with her beloved cat and exploring the Dutch beaches, where she finds inspiration and balance in nature.

Willem Tijmensen is the Global Business Development Manager at Orbisk, where he helps corporate offices and catering companies across the world reduce their environmental impact through Orbisk’s innovative food waste reduction solutions. After a successful career in the FMCG sector, Willem made a conscious decision to leave that world behind in order to focus on making a positive difference for the environment. His passion for sustainability and driving meaningful change is reflected in his work at Orbisk, where he builds partnerships that prioritize eco-friendly practices. Outside of work, Willem enjoys hiking and gardening, nurturing both his love for nature and his green thumb.
