Our mission is clear: to cultivate a brighter future through our unwavering commitment to sustainability in environmental stewardship and social responsibility. We are proud to announce that our hotel has recently been certified by Green Globe, a globally recognized sustainable tourism certification. This achievement demonstrates our relentless effort to pursue excellence in sustainability.

Green Starts Within, Grows Outward
Our green initiatives start within our building and grow outward. We not only care about our outdoor green spaces, such as parks and gardens, but guests can also find innovative indoor green spaces in the heart of Pullman Jakarta Central Park. Notably, Greens Pod by GREENS, a state-of-the-art solution that allows us to grow a variety of plants in a compact and efficient manner, has been installed in several areas of our hotel. This addition enhances our green footprint and brings a touch of nature into our urban setting.

Even though they are small, these lush spaces have great potential and provide equally great benefits. We process the results of this "Greens Pod" into various forms that provide a refreshing touch to our guests: as a garnish for the food we serve in our in-room dining service, as a fresh ingredient for juices in our juice bar, and by adding a green touch to our green meetings.

Guests can also participate in our weekly kids' gardening classes, gaining hands-on experience with sustainable practices. These classes are designed to foster a sense of responsibility and connection to nature in young participants. Our movement is more than just a stay; it's an experience.

A Valuable Transformation of Food Waste
Our commitment to sustainability extends to every aspect of our operations, including food waste management. We put effort into transforming our food waste into nutrient-rich compost, which nourishes our gardens and creates a closed-loop system.

Take Steps to Reduce Carbon Footprint
Alongside our green initiatives and in order to be In line with Accor's commitment to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 and engaging in absolute reduction of our greenhouse gas emissions, we encourage our guests to calculate their carbon footprint associated with their stay or event and participate in various offsetting programs through the collaboration of Accor and myclimate Organization. We also facilitate our guests with an electric vehicle (EV) charging station. In February 2024, we proudly launched our new Porsche Destination Charging (PDC), the first Porsche electric vehicle (EV) charging station in Jakarta. This effort not only helps mitigate environmental impact but also raises awareness about the importance of eco-friendly practices.

Embracing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Our commitment to a sustainable world also extends beyond environmental stewardship to embrace the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within our hotels and the broader community. We open the widest possible opportunities for individuals to learn, develop, work, and express themselves, ensuring that everyone has a place and a voice.

Our dedication to DEI is exemplified through our collaboration with the ATFAC (A Trust For A Child) foundation. We contribute meaningfully by providing essential learning facilities and educating children under ATFAC's care about sustainable tourism. For instance, in 2023, we organized an enriching excursion to the Jakarta Aquarium, a conservation site.

Moreover, we take pride in working closely with our heartists who have disabilities, highlighting that disability is not a barrier but a unique characteristic with immense potential. Through these initiatives, we are building a more inclusive and supportive community where everyone can thrive. We aim to create a harmonious world where both the environment and humanity flourish together.
