Tasigo Stay in Harmony: Garden

We decided to plant a small, one-acre plot of land in our backyard, in accordance with the seasonal plans. Through this, we aimed to offer a more natural food experience to our guests.

We obtain most of the products listed below from our garden during the summer months. In addition, as much as seasonal conditions permit, we purchase most of our products from organic farms.

The rich content obtained by composting the wastes from our kitchen was also used in the fertilization of the garden. Thus, organic wastes were brought into the circular economy.
