L’Heure Bleue: Locally Grown Goodness

To underpin its self-reliance, L’Heure Bleue, with the assistance of local skills, has developed its own vegetable garden. These efforts now deliver at least 25% of total ingredients to the hotel’s kitchen and combined with local caught seafood, provide authentic tastes for the hotel guests.  The hotel is the only resort on the island of Nosy Be to have received certification for its environmental and socio-economic management and has achieved Green Globe GOLD with an exceptional compliance score of 91%.
