Every year Occidental Tucancún establishes actions to assist the environment and the community. The sea turtle is an endangered species so in Occidental Tucancún taking care of its nests is vital for its conservation. Every year the nesting process takes place during the period from May to September. In this season various protection activities are maintained in accordance with standard 162-SEMARNAT-2012.
