The new ecological cosmetic line inspired by the fresh salty sea air

Green Globe certified Abadía Retuerta is fully committed to the environment, encouraging a lifestyle based on good ecological choices and general wellbeing. This approach has also helped us improve how we look after our guests.

We have gradually been updating the range of toiletries and other amenities provided in our rooms. A few years ago, all our plastic products were replaced by an environmentally-friendly line, with stone-paper packaging. These new items include bamboo toothbrushes and razors, cornstarch shower caps and flannel shoe-cloths.

This year, Abadía Retuerta has decided to provide guests with Mémoires d'été, the range of toiletries and complementary products by Anne Sémonin.

Mémoires d'été is an ecological cosmetic line, helping us reduce our carbon footprint. It features vegan cosmetics, made in France with naturally-sourced ingredients, and inspired by the fresh, salty sea air, as well as citrus aromas. The resulting products are a combination of essential oils, trace elements, and natural and biotechnologically innovative active ingredients, all carefully selected for their effectiveness.

The range includes soaps, shampoos and conditioners, among others. They are made with certified sustainable palm oil and packaged in eco-friendly materials.

These amenities offer our guests sheer luxury, to stimulate the senses.
