Green Globe Update: Staff and management deliver in face of health crisis

Just checking how our members are fairing across the globe and saw a wonderful Trip Advisor review for the recently recertified Barcelo Allegro Playacar Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. So encouraging to see that in the face of a global emergency that the staff where still able to deliver and did all they could to take the very best care of guests. One of the greatest assets that Green Globe members have is their people. Let’s hope as much as possible can be done to support the hospitality workers during these tough times. If you have aspiring stories of how staff and management are coping with this global health crisis, we would very much like to share with all our members. Birte Besocke, Chief Operating Officer.
