Resource Management

The property has met energy and water reduction goals set for the previous year. Key card switches are installed in guest rooms to control lights and air conditioning to minimize energy consumption. LED lighting is installed in guest floor corridors, guest rooms, cove lights, spotlights, guest room table lamps and at the hotel lobby. In addition, lighting in guest corridors and public area is operated by motion sensors. Future plans are in place for the installation of solar water heaters and facade lights.

Water usage is monitored on a daily basis and water reduction devices such as low flow aerators/shower heads, dual flush toilet systems and sensors have been installed in bathrooms and kitchens throughout the property to save water.
