Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche’s pre-opening team engaged in harvesting of fresh vegetables & herbs from Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman’s urban farm.  The 43 sq. mtr. Urban Farm produces tomatoes, eggplants, radish, chilies and herbs like mint leaves, Rocca and coriander.

The farm was launched on April 22, 2013 to celebrate Earth Day and has been running successfully ever since.  Vegetables and herbs grown in the farm is used in the hotel’s in-house kitchen.

Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, which is scheduled to open doors in the last quarter of 2017, is the first Wyndham Garden to open in the UAE. The four-star hotel will feature rooms and suites, an executive lounge on the top floor with panoramic sea views, a seafood restaurant, an all-day dining venue, an outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa, separate health clubs for men and women, and a kids’ play area.

Iftikhar Hamdani, cluster general manager for Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, and Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman, said: “We are all excited to welcome guests at the new Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, and take part in all these activities happening from September to November. We have already received positive feedback on the road shows and exhibitions we’ve attended to date, especially in the Scandinavian region. We are positive that this will be a great addition in Ajman, as it continues to attract new markets and reinforce its status as a preferred tourist and business destination in the Middle East.”
