Cooperation between Ecotrans and the German Center for Tourism (DZT), is raising media and market attention for Green Globe members in Germany. DZT, which is certified by Green Globe, acts on behalf of the German government and promotes German tourism abroad. In cooperation with ECOTRANS, a sustainable travel website has been developed which displays an interactive map where visitors can find all certified sustainable accommodation in Germany. When a specific accommodation is selected, all certifications the company has obtained are displayed.

ECOTRANS is an independent European network of experts and organizations who work together to promote sustainable tourism development. In addition to the above interactive map, interested parties can also get an overview of all Green Globe certified companies in Germany on the ECOTRANS website.

The goal of the cooperation between Green Globe and the two companies is to attract even more users to Green Globe members and to emphasize their sustainable profile. The interactive map also allows interested parties to find sustainable and certified accommodation in specific regions and cities.
